Brief Answer:
Dyslipidaemia according to reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. According to the reports you are having dyslipidaemia. HDL (the good cholesterol) is low and bad cholesterols triglycerides , non hdl and vldl are high.
Still you can decrease this by diet and life style modification.
Get proper exercise daily. You can do walking with at least 8 km per hour speed or jogging daily.
You don't need to avoid non veg foods. But eat lean chicken or lean meat. Avoid eating junk foods and foods from fast food shops. These foods even though are non veg they will have trans fats due to usage of hydrogenated oils or margarine. This is present in chips , biscuits etc. These trans fats can increase triglycerides and non hdl cholesterol. So eat homely cooked food as much as possible. Using olive oil is preferred.
Eating fatty fish or fish oil capsules will be helpful to increase HDL- the good cholesterol This also in turn decrease the bad cholesterol.
But if you done all these and still it is high then you need to take cholesterol lowering drugs like statins. You just need to see a physician for this.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
