Question : My Microalbumin random urine test was 3.8 mg/dl. It says that <1.7 is normal. Normal ranges on the internet are all in mg/l. What is the conversion from mg/dl to mg/l? Is mine a little high or very high?

I understand your concern. If you are at the doctors office for annual health check they generally do routine dip stick tests. Sometimes random urine test. For a random urine sample, normal values are 0 to 20 mg/dL. This is also called proteinuria or albuminuria.
