Question : semen test report resultsvol 3.0 ml, ph 8.0, liquified within 30 min,,sperm count 1,8 million/ml,non motil 60%, sluggish 30%, fair 105OFORWARD PROGRESSION 10%vITALITY MORE THEN 60%, NORMAL MORPHOLOGY MORE THEN 75%ABNORMAL/IMATURE LESS then 25%, cell in semen 1-2 leuk/ HPF

can this report shows that i can pregnent my wife

Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Your sperm count and motility is extremely low. It is difficult to improve such low count of 1.8 million/ml

2) With this count it is very difficult to conceive naturally.

3) It is better to go for ICSI ( Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) treatment soon for pregnancy.
