Trying For A Child, Had Sperm Test, Low Sperm Count. How To Increase?

I am 32 years and i am married for 6 years and having a child of 4 years. we are trying for a second baby since 1 year, but no results still, recently i have done my semen test and i am having 21 million counts with 62% active sperms, please suggest me some food so that i can increase my counts, . I am 98 kgs and my height is 5 11.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have done your semen analysis which revealed low Sperm count (Oligospermia).

Following general measure will help you to increase sperm count
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

You can try drugs like Clomifen .That may also help to increase sperm count
