Question: My semen analysis report says:-
Sperm count-56
Motility-25%
Pus cells- 15-20
Plz suggest me the medicine

Thanks for your query ,based on the report of your semen analysis that you have posted I can state that you have infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate .

I shall be happy if you can post detail report issued by laboratory to help me in making precise comments and suggestions comments on your problem.

In view of the what you have stated I would state that you have infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate which needs to be treated by antibiotics like Doxicycline twice daily for one month .

Repeat semen analysis after completion of course of antibiotics.
