Question : volume 3 ml, colour - whitish ,seif liqefaction time; 30 minutes ,reaction ;alkaline ,sperm count (million/ul) concentraion8million/ml total in ejaculate 24 million, rapid progressive motility 50% , non progressive motility 05%, sluggish motility 15%, non motile 30% ,morphologe normal 85% abnormal 15% , p pus cell 01/h.p.f ,epithelial cell nill , rbc nil, impression - oligozoospermia , this is my results is ok or not pls rep....

Oligospermia, repeat after 15 to 20 days

Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your report.

You have oligospermia.Sperm count should have been more than 15 million per ml but your report shows 8 million per ml. Motility and morphology are fine and not to worry.

I suggest you repeat semen analysis again after 15 to 20 days and with 3 days of sexual abstinence.
Please repeat the semen analysis and get back to us with the report.
