hi this is abid i want to tell you my report
colour : G-White
Consistancy : Liquied
Volume : 2.5ml
PH : 8.5
Blood : Nil
Microscopic Examination:-
Total Sperm Count : 40 million/ml
Pus cells : 2-4 /HPF
RBC's : Nil
Epithelial Cells : Nil
Crystal : Nil
Motility:-
Good Active Motile : 35%
Sluggish Motile : 15%
Non Motile : 50%
Morphology:-
Normal : 70%
Abnormal : 30%

Please tell me what is the report is normal or not?

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the report of your semen analysis that you have posted appears that you have what is called as Oligozoospermia.meaning thereby that your sperm count is lower than WHO standards.

It also shows presence of pus cells which indicates infection of either of Seminal vesicle or Prostate.
This can be corrected by taking broad spectrum antibiotics for a month.Repeat semen analysis after two months.
Please consult qualified Urologist for further treatment..
