                                            LMP-29 July 2015- 6 weeks 5 days
CPL - 6 weeks 2 days
However i had sex on 15 august and my sonography report is of 15 september 2015.Can you please advise what the above lines mean because 15 august 2015 to 15 september 2015 makes it 4 months.
Secondly what does single intraurerine viable embryo of 6 weeks 2 days mean.
Report explained in detail as requested.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Gestational age is calculated from your lmp ( last menstrual period ) and not from day of intercourse / conception.
Hence 2 more weeks ( 14 days between start of period and ovulation ) are added here.
So it is mentioned as 6 weeks pregnancy in your report.
Hope it is clear now ?
Single intrauterine viable embryo means - single ( one baby, not twins etc ) intrauterine ( inside the uterus, normal situation ) viable ( live, nothing wrong with the baby ) embryo ( that is what the baby is called in early days ).
So it is a completely normal report, and there is nothing to worry.
Hope my explanation has helped you.

 From your LMP
Detailed Answer:
The weeks are being counted from the date of your last menstrual period - 29th July.

 5 % failure rate.
Detailed Answer:
Well, the pills are 95 % effective when taken within 24 hours of unprotected sex.
So you fall in the 5 % group.
They are less effective once ovulation has taken place already.
