Brief Answer:
Hormonal variations

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

You seem to be suffering from hormonal variations. Such variations lead to bleeding in this phase of life.

I give tranexamic acid ( Pause MF) tablet 500 mg 3 times a day for 5 days to my patients to control the bleeding. You can try to get same tablets and see if bleeding reduces.

After this you can request for Progesterone depot injections which will stop bleeding for longer duration.

Your ultrasound report seems to be fine.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Regards
