Brief Answer:
She needs more workup to know the reason, scan is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for writing to us with your health concern.
The ultrasound report is completely normal.
There is no abnormality seen here.
Reason of bleeding can be known only after examining her physically.
Can you tell me why did she have a hysterectomy ?
Is the bleeding heavy ?
Is she diabetic or hypertensive or have any other illness ?
WHat did the biopsy report say after the hysterectomy ?
At present she needs to consult a Specialist OB - GYN , go for an internal exam, Pap smear and a pelvic ultrasound scan ( this one was abdominal scan, she needs pelvic scan ).
Then a reason would emerge for the bleeding.
All the best.
PLease feel free to discuss further.

Hi doctor,
she was having cysts in both ovaries.. biopsy report was benign.

she is not diabetic and not bleeding heavily.
she is having pain in lower abdomen.
I am only concerned about 1 line in this report :
2 3 lymp nodes with intact hila are seen in left inguinal region.

Brief Answer:
Do not worry about the nodes.

Detailed Answer:
Well, lymph nodes are normal findings sometimes.
As long as there was no doubt of malignancy in her case, do not worry.
can you upload the biopsy report ?
And please ask her to have an internal exam with pap smear and pelvic ultrasound scan.
At times, some bleeding maybe occurring due to infection / erosion in the stitch line.
She needs to be physically examined.
Do not worry about the lymph nodes.
Take care.
