What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question : Hi, I am XXXX, my wife is in her 2nd time pregnancy, she had a miscarriage in her 1st time. she went for an ultrasound yesterday and the report says The uterus is anteverted and shows a single intrauterine gestational sac with uniform chorio decidual reaction. The yellow sac and embryonic pole visualized. Cardiac activity is present and the embryonic heart is 181 bpm. CRL=2.76 & GS=3.75 . Cervical canal and the internal os are closed. G.age by LMP : 9W 0 days. I wanted to understand , whatever the report shows it this a good sign ? Thanks for your help..
