Question : My first ultrasound report says... Uterous is bulky. An early intra uterine gestation with no fetal pole or yolk sac seen. SAC.....10.0 mm......... 5 week 5 days Internal OS appear closed. The cervix is normal. No evidence subchroionic or retroplacental bleed seen. Both ovaries are normal. Right measuring 2.8*2.0 n left is 2.5*2.3 last menstruation date was 15.03.2015

Hello dear,

Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I can understand your concerns.
I have gone through your history and ultrasound scan report and it is showing gestational sac of 5 weeks but no foetal pole and yolk sac( which is not a very good sign).
But as you are not having any type of bleeding and pain, you should go for repeat ultrasound scan after one week ( maybe conception is delayed).
So please revert back to us with your repeat ultrasound report.
