Brief Answer:
asymptomatic urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you have mild or early asymptomatic urinary tract infection.

This is an urinary tract infection that is detected on examination of the urine but where the person does not have any symptoms.

The option to treat is dependent on the doctor .

Some doctors opt to treat to reduce the chance of any complications.

Some do not. Those who do not base this on the fact that some studies show no benefit and increased risk of developing antibiotic resistance in some persons.
