Brief Answer:
Could be due to improper sampling of urine.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

Sperms in the urine can be seen normally if you had given urine sample for test immediately after masturbation or after having sex. Kindly let me know if that is the case , if so a repeat urine sample with 1 day abstinence from sex/masturbation will show a normal report.

But if at all you had given urine sample without masturbation or without recent sex then we need to evaluate further for the cause of Sperms in urine. In that case you need to undergo certain tests do check for Retrograde ejaculation.

So kindly revert back to me with details asked.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Need to get further tests done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for the information.

Well in that case you need to undergo evaluation for a condition called Retrograde ejaculation. I recommend you to get Ultrasound scan of pelvis and Cystourethrogram scan done and revert back with reports.

There is nothing to be worried of , this can be corrected . Certain medication can correct this problem but treatment is recommended only if it is affecting erection or if you are planning to have baby.

Regards.
