The major drug interaction between the drugs you have listed is that all drugs combined can cause heavy sedation.
So, kindly avoid heavy machinery work and driving and swimming.
If you feel drowsy consult your doctor to reduce the dose.

Serotonin and pentazocine have the potential to cause serotonin syndrome when taken together. So, I would request you to never increase the dose on your own. Take the drugs in prescribed doses only.
