Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Exercise is a Hyper-dynamic state. In here the heart rate is above the normal, as this happens the hyper-dynamic circulation occurs. This causes mismatch in the blood supply and its perfusion into the tissues.

Most people do present with signs of transient ischemia of negligible severity.Such circulatory disturbance can affect any organ in the body , most common being the brain as it is the most perfused organ in the body.

The symptoms you had could probably be due to the same circulatory disturbance in the brain which will soon settle down after a brief period of rest. This does not occur always and in all. Also it is not a serious issue as it does not cause any damage or lead to any complications.

Aerobic exercises mixed with heavy work out can minimise such occurrences in future.

Hope I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
