Brief Answer:
You have metastatic lesions in liver and peritoneal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have metastatic lesion in liver and peritoneum both. It could be exophytic liver metastasis.
Exophytic liver mass is a lesion predominantly lies outside the margins of liver but originated from within liver.
So overall your report suggest disease progression and according to my opinion it is not suitable for ablation. You should take chemotherapy according to your doctor's advice.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Answered by Dr. Hardik Sanghvi (11 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Yes if it works then it can increase survival.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
It is very late stage disease. Chemotherapy is just palliative treatment. It can not cure the disease. If it works then it can increase the survival for few months. However it has its own side effects so it affects the quality of life.
Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
