Brief Answer: Combinations of drugs more lethal than single Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I will provide you the documented lethal levels of the drugs and the source in brackets: Xanax (Alprazolam) - therapeutic range 0.025-0.102 mg/L; fatalities occur at 1.2-7.1 times therapeutic levels; upto 22-90 times blood levels have been recorded [J Anal Toxicol 1997] Benadryl Probable oral lethal dose 50-500mg/kg Toxic levels 5000ng/ml [Oxford Journals 2012] Hydrocodone Lethal level 0.1mg/L Oxycodone Lehal level 0.6mg/L Oxymorphine - not sure but Oxycodone - lethal level 0.6mg/L Lyrica or Pregabalin Pregabalin reaches a peak plasma concentration (means range from 0.04 to 9.5 ug/mL) within 1.5 hours. Following single-dose (25-300 mg) and multiple-dose (75-900 mg/day) administration, maximum plasma concentrations increase linearly, with steady-state levels reached within 24 to 48 hours. The Los Angeles County Department of Coroner Toxicology Laboratory has analyzed casework with postmortem blood levels ranging from 2.7 to 22 ug/mL. Best Wishes.
