Hello, thanks for asking from HCM
Please excuse me for a little late reply. Due to different speeds some times this takes time.
Mild cognitive impairment is a milder form of cognitive decline. It is very mild form of memory impairment and if not properly treated then this might progress to dementia. Alzheimer's is a form of dementia in which various pathological depositions are seen in brain.
The impairment is assessed by XXXXXXX mental status examination (MMSE). The condition is reversible and unlike dementia improvement occurs in most individuals.
