Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
It would be a very pleasant to give you the directions on anticipated treatment provided there was any indication for any anticipated disease.
You are 46 yrs old female, perimenopausal, going by the statistics of your country first, I would advise you to go for breast self-examination to rule out any lump, and if any suspicion, should go for mammography. Since you have no medical history I will advise you to adhere to following instructions to stay fit;
1. Take one antioxidant capsule daily.
2. Consume less highly calorific diet and use adequate fiber foods to prevent yourself from any gastrointestinal problems and remain constipation free.
3. To keep the other body parts fit, daily moderate exercise and walk is recommended.
4. Last but not the least, well-said quotation "Remain happy under all circumstances. A merry heart doeth like a good medicine. All work and no XXXXXXX makes XXXXXXX ill boy" should be adhered to.
Best of luck.
Truly,
Dr. J. Ticku
