Brief Answer:
This is very high

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.

Normal white blood cells count should be less than 12 so this is very high count in your case and it may indicate severe infection in your body. Usually this may be pneumonia, urinary infection or some intrabdominal infections and all this should be ruled out. Also, some hematologic disease may be present. But for a start you should do lung xrays, urinary analysis and kidneys ultrasound. Wish you good health. Regards
