Brief Answer:
Thinking is normal, pain is often part of anxiety..
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
It is normal for human beings to think over things and people who surround them because we love and care for them.
Thinking too much won't be good neither for you and your beloved. You think about them, that's great. You love them, that's great too. You try to help and care for them as much as you can, that's wonderful. At least, you are trying what's of your best for your family, that's normal and great too.
Anxiety involves neurological mechanisms that sometimes are unpredictable. Pain is one the most common symptom. Sometimes, the pain is throbbing, other times is of different type. Once your anxiety will be subsided, pain will be subsided too.
Try to control anxiety, eating healthy, physical activity, breathing fresh air, herbal supplements/tea can be of great help.
All the best!
