Question : Please tell me what is the dosage of vertin 16 for BPPV. How long should it be taken

Usually we give it for 1 week. then decrease the dose

Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Vertin is usually used to treat BPPV.
Normally what we do is we give 16mg tablet twice a day after food for around a week.
If you feel better with the dosage we reduce the dose further to 8mg twice a day for another week.
Then on follow up with your doctor it will be decided on examination whether you need any more further medication or not.
Some people with bad BPPV need longer duration medicines atleast once a day dosage.
