Question : What is a good normal BP for a 59 white make, non smoker, 157 lbs, 11% fat, LDL of 70 HDL of 58 total 160, vigorous exercise of 3hr to 4hrs a week, average resting pulse of 58 bpm ,excellent diet. Resting BP average is 128/77 to 130/79. I find when I take my BP the pulse is much higher than my normal pulse of 58. I think I have developed a bit of a phobia of taking my BP.

The guidelines in the US are the JNC guidelines.

The most recent ones are the JNC 8 guidelines.

According to these guidelines, for persons under the age of 60, the goal is a blood pressure of less than 140/90.
If you have diabetes or kidney disease then the goal is the same, it used to be less than 130/80 in the previous guideline but was increased by the panel of doctors.

This means that at age 59, your blood pressure goal is less than 140/90 though the closer it is to normal the better.
