Brief Answer:
Have you spoken to a gynecologis? What dose did you take? How many weeks?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Please, abortion can have severe consequences and that is why I always advice that you get a back up physician who can help if anything should go wrong. Before responding to whether it is appropriate to take another dose or not, I will like to have answers to the following questions:

1. What is the age of this pregnancy? When did you last see your menses?
2. What dosage did you take?
3. Do you have a doctor you can contact at any time or a health facility you can run to if anything goes wrong?

I look forward hearing from you before making definitive recommendations and suggestions on this.

1. What is the age of this pregnancy? When did you last see your menses?
Answer: 1 month and last time i got menses on Nov 6.
2. What dosage did you take?
Answer: Mifepristone : 200mg , Misoprostol : 200 mcg
3. Do you have a doctor you can contact at any time or a health facility you can run to if anything goes wrong?
Answer: No, we have not contacted any doctor. This is just 1 month pregenance so we thought to remove using pills.

Now we are waiting for your answer to take Misoprostol second in vaginally or not? if this not works then please suggest the correct pills.

Can someone please advice me.

Brief Answer:
Go on with misoprostol, 400mcg now!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the follow up responses.

I will recommend that you go on with 400mcg of misoprostol now. Report progress to me and depending on the outcome, we would review treatment. Also, be ready to go to the hospital if anything abnormal is happening to you.

I hope this helps. I wish you well.
