Does It Make Difference If Misoprostol Is Taken Orally Or Vaginally And Cause Any Complication?

I am using MTP kit. My doctor advised me to take 1 dosage of Mifepristone Tablet orally and then to take two tablets of Misoprostol tablets after 48 hrs and then another two tablets of Misoprostol tablets in next 24 hrs (all orally). The kit instructs to take the 4 doses of Misoprostol all together vaginally. Does it make a difference it the pills are taken orally or vaginally. Whether taking all tablets orally may create any complication ?

The drug misoprostol can be taken orally or vaginally. if you have nausea or vomiting which is there with most women then it is recommended to place tablets vaginally.
in my practice I recommend to take all 4 misoprostol tablets together as that is recommended regimen
