Brief Answer:
fecal incontinence

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM
This is called fecal incontinence and this is not uncommon disorder of defecation regulation. This happens because of problems in inervation of rectum and its muscles. inervation for urination and stool passing is similar and when you pee then these nerves may affect your pooping as well. this is seen in women who had multiple pregnancies, in thise with hemorrhoids, rectal polyps, uroinfections, weakend pelvic floow or some neurologic disorders, also stress, medication side effects and innapropriate diet has effect too.. also,n opstipation and enterocolitis it may be seen as well. so you need more detailed work up by gastroenetrologisr, urologist and neurologist. till that you should it more liquid diet, more fruit and vegetables,do so called Kegel exercises. Wish you good health. Regards

Brief Answer:
may indicate some primary disorders

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Sorry for the delay in response as I was busy with other professional obligations.

if this is not related to previous surgery or pregnancy then it may be vaginal prolapse, hemorrhoids or some neuromuscular disorders of pelvic floor.

Wish you good health.
