Question : Why does my whole body twitch when i am completely coherint and awake when this happens? Is there something wrong with me?

Hi,

Generally muscle twitching without weakness is not alarming. However the severity of this concern should be assessed clinically by an experienced physician / neurologist.

Based on details provided and through various discussions you have had with the board of physicians/specialist on this portal, I shall probably relate the twitching to iron deficiency anemia. As advised, you should consider treating iron deficiency and anxiety (if any).
