You can take alcohol 2 hours after taking ecosprin.
But I would like to add here that Ecosprin and alcohol when taken together can lead to gastritis, so i recommend that you take Tab Omeprazole before food on the days you have decided to consume alcohol.

I am a polycithemia patient and do regular phlebotomy.Doctor advised not to smoke,so i stopped 45 days back and will never touch again.But alcohol i connot stop immediatly.I take alcohol after more than 6 hrs after taking ecosprin 75mg.Please answer and i will close discussion.

Yes, it is important that you stop smoking immediately. You can drink in moderation, please do not drink more than 2-3 times a day.
You can take alcohol after 6 hours of taking ecosprin, it will not cause a reaction.
