Hi, Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Female/35 - granuloma pyogenicum was removed from index finger 2 weeks ago - have 5 stitches - Wants to know whether to remove the stitches and the best time to remove.
2 weeks is a high time, the stitches may be removed now, if the wound is healed well. The usual time of removal of the stitches can be 7 to 10 days.
I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to ask for further relevant query if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
You may please post the clear picture of the wound for me to have on-the-spot visualization to guide you the best.
Regards

 As explained.
