Lump On The Site Punctured By Rusty Nail. Had Immediately Used Hydrogen Peroxide, Drained Using Sterilized Needle. Suggestion?
Dr. XXXXXX, A couple of months ago I fell on a rusty nail I cleaned my hand with Hydrogen Peroxide . A week later I found that there was a lump where the screw punctured, at first I thought it was a ganglion cyst , however it could be a bacteria build-up. Then I (stupidly) sterilized a needle and tried to drain it. Any suggestions? Thank you for your time and concern.
