Soreness around infection site, very common
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Soreness around injection site is commonly seen. Hot flush can also be seen (feeling of being in hot temperature)
2. Other adverse reactions can vary, depending upon your sensitivity and immune system, may or may not occur.
a. Chills or fever - occurs within hours of injection. You might not get it. Nausea and diarrhea can be see within 15 days usually.
b. Anemia, and weight gain can take upto 1-2 months.
c. Abnormal liver function test, gyneacomastia, or abnormal ECG may usually take upto 6 months.
Other reactions are uncommon and rarely seen. Above given can be seen in 15-20% of patients.
Hope it helps..
Any further queries, happy to help again.
