Question : my grand daughter was on drugs also needles,she is 6 months clean and has been going to a methadone clinic every day each time she has to pay 15 $,she says she is still over 100 and she has to come down to 1,they do messure her blood, my question is can she not go to a family dr. who can also coach her till she is totally free.

First, yes she can go to the family physician if your physician claims he is a expert on deaddiction. The deaddiction needs special care from people who know the stages of withdrawal of drug. An untrained person cannot predict the possible effects and may not be able to foresee possible complications such as seizures, strokes, bleeds, and other such devastating effects.
So you need to know specifically that your family physician is up to the task before switching to him for help.
