Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that having Atrial fibrillation is not a contraindication to taking Viagra.
So, it is safe to take it!
I would just not recommend taking nitroglycerin or other nitro-medications concomitantly with viagra.
Another advise I would give is to reduce blood pressure medicine doses the day when you are going to take Viagra, in order to avoid possible low blood pressure, which can occur while taking them concomitantly. You should know that Viagra can cause vasodilation, thus lower your blood pressure values.
Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes,
Dr. Iliri

Hello again!
Thank you for the additional information.
Regarding Flecainide, you should know that it does not interact with Viagra, so it is safe to take them concomitantly. There is no need to stop or reduce its dose during those days when you are taking Viagra.
There is some interaction between Viagra and betablockers, but I would not recommend to stop taking them. I would just advise to reduce their dose (half dose) the day when you are going to take Viagra.
Hope to have been helpful!
Kind regards,
