Brief Answer:
What were your blood pressure readings?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Can you please tell me the reasons for which this dosage were increased? What were your blood pressure readings then and now?

Tingling of fingers and extremities is a known and well documented side effect of lotrel. It is no XXXXXXX and not a severe enough side effect to warrant discontinuation of treatment adjustments that was justified. I will recommend that you stick to the prescribed treatment dosage and report to your doctor when chanced. There is no extra risk in continuing with this medication if this is all the adverse effects that you have experienced.

In all, this is a recognized side effect and does not warrant discontinuation or reduction of dosage. Continue prescribed treatment and inform your doctor when he returns to the office. There is no urgency right now in doing so and if it were I would have advised you to make the dose reduction.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
