It could possibly be a condition called as Genital Lichen planus. Lichen planus is a skin condition characterized by purple or violaceous, polygonal, pruritc papules over the limbs and other parts of the body. It can occur rarely in oral cavity and over genitals in which conditions, it will appear as slightly glistening papules. Very rarely it will be present only on genitals alone and remains asymptomatic. Nothing serious. You have to consult a dermatologist. He/she will examine you, if necessary with investigations. Biopsy only can prove the diagnosis beyond any doubt. I can not suggest prescription with picture alone and it is not correct. So consult a nearby dermatologist They will guide you properly.
