Question : i have problem of nose MASA. IS IT ADVISABLE TO GO FOR OPERATION???.

I AM TIRED OF UDHARAS DUE TO WHAT REASION.
I TAKE MEDICINE FOR UDHARAS AND I HAD UNDER GONE FOR VERIOUS COURSES FOR UDRAS. BUT IT IS TIME BEING SOLITION.

CAN YOU GUIDE ME.???

Hi Nirdosh ,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , seen your report , reviewed medications and understand your concern.

I would advice you , if you want to remove nose MASA for cosmetic reason consult ENT or plastic surgeon .

Your Nose CT Scan report shows deviated nose septum with sinusitis . This sinusitis cause post nasal discharge back in throat result in UDHARAS .

Medical treatment will give you temporarily relief .
Surgery will give you permanent relief . But if you are having allergy also (Sneezing) you need to take anti allergy medication till it subside .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
1) Saline nasal spray thrice daily like solspre ,
2) Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily like Nezalast or Duonase nasal spray ,
Plenty of fluids ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily ,
&
continue kebpod AZ250mg .

You will get relief .
You will need prescription for nasal spray .
