What Causes A Wet Sensation On The Penis Tip Without Any Discharge?

Question: MY penis tip feels wet yet there is zero discharge etc.
A few weeks ago after a fight with my girlfriend, I went to a massage parlor and ended up receiving a hand job. There was no oral/vaginal sex and I very quickly felt a ton of remorse. I have not done this before and I am now suffering major guilt and anxiety. I must inspect my penis tip a number of times a day and I have likely inflamed the urethra by constantly inspecting it. If feels wet but again, no discharge and no real issues urinating.
I don;t think I contracted anything but is this level of anxiety normal?
Thanks
I have basically manhandled my penis to the point where I think I have made my urethra sensitive and sore. Anxiety is killing me

Brief Answer:
yes,this anxiety is not serious.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
welcome to health care magic,
If you had not any penetrative intercourse (oral or vaginal),so you need not to worry about any infection or STD.
Your balanitis or balanoposthitis (inflammation of glans penis) or urethritis (inflammation of external urethral meatus) should also be rule out by clinical examination and routine blood counts.
Here,I do not think there is anything to worry as this kind of issues may get subsided by itself within 3 to 4 days without any specific treatment.
Hope this will help you.
