got i month old baby who has greenish discharge from her right eye doc gaave her chloramphenicol0.5% eye drops but it is not cured what is it? wht should i do now?

it is definitely infectiion
clean the discharge with a clean cotton soaked in clean water often
put levofloxacin eye drops one drop in each eye every hour for two days and then 4 hrly for 5 days
prevent re infection by avoiding the contamination with clothes
