Hello Thanks for the query As your information it seems that this vomiting is due to heat exhaustion. Heat exhaustion happens when you do intense physical activity in hot conditions without drinking enough liquids. It can also be due to some food poisoning if she had ate something wrong. But the same should have happened in others also who have consumed the food. You just continue to maintain her hydration by giving her ORS frequently. She also needs some antiemetic may be injectable depending upon the oral tolerance. Even then if she continue to vomit and oral intake is poor then treatment with Intravenous fluid may be needed.
