10 Year Old Having Nose Bleeds, Weight Gain And Fatigue. Elevated Liver Enzymes. Reason?

i have a 10 year old son whose been tired and has had weight gain over the past 6 weeks at least.also nosebleeds during the day as well as during the night when hes sleeping and not active.i have taken him 2 his regular doctor and she did lots of bloodwork and told me my sons liver enzymes and a1c levels was elevated.im just wanting to know what could cause this??

Don't worry. He has some issues, most probably diabetes. He needs to get complete detail evaluation for the same, may be a consult with endocrinologist. Hope he gets well soon.
