11 Month Baby, Not Having Food, Slight Cold, Losing Voice, Sleepy

Hi, my 11 month old baby is usually a very good eater and drinker, however has not eaten since subday breakfast and does not even want breast milk, which is very unusual. He also has a slight cold and is losing his voice. He is not detaining much water and in worried as he's very sleepy and fractious. Please help with any information or advice.

Dear Emma,

Sorry to hear that your baby is suffering.

These symptoms of not feeding, being sleepy and losing voice are warning symptoms.
You should NOT wait and take your baby URGENTLY to the nearest hospital.

He is most likely dehydrated as well as probably suffering from some kind of infection.
Donot delay. Try giving him some oral rehydration fluid like pedialyte or ORS till you reach the doctor.
