11 Month Old Having Frequent Urination. Had Antibiotics For Throat Infection. Further Medication?
my 11month old son urinating toomuch .That means for every 10 or 15 minutes.And he always touching or rubbing his urine point.Is it normal?the urine smells so strong.I felt so tense.recently we used antibiatics for his throught infection.please suggest any home remidy.Because i dnt want to use much more medicines to him.If necessairy suggest any medication . thanking you

Your son might probably be having urinary tract infection.
Urinalysis may be done for confirmation.
Till infection is confirmed by the test, you an give him cranberry juice. Cranberry juice helps in faster recovery from urinary tract infection.

History noted. From the history it is clear that he is suffering from urinary tract infection. That is the reason he is touching and rubbing the genitals. The smell indicates that urine is highly concentrated. its good that you gave a course of antibiotics. The same antibiotic you continue for 7 days minimum. That completes a course. If you have given for that duration already, fine. No need to repeat again. Give him at least 1 litre of water per day other than milk. he will be relieved. If still he has more frequency, get one session with pediatrician to rule out Phymosis.
