11 Year Old Suffering From Tiredness, Upset Stomach, Burning In Ears And ADHD. What Should Be Done?

My 11 year old has been more tired lately, upset stomach (feeling like vomiting), ears are burning (outside not inside), sicker at night then morning. She has ADHD but has not felt like participating in anything, lethargic, etc!! There is mild low grade fevers on and off

Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM.
your history suggests that your child is suffering from some chronic disease.
It is better to rule out tuberculosis infection by thorough investigation consulting a pediatrician.
Regading stomach upset you may give Colimex, antacid and some anti emetic for immediate relief.
Ear pain can be relived by giving paracetamol or ibuprofen.
