hello
your son requires proper attention towards his diet.headache may be due to overexertion or due to weakness.and chest pain may be due to any acute reason.but you have to watch if he is not complaining again.bed wetting(nocturnal enuresis) is not a big issue.its a common problem with children.make a habit of urination before going to bed.
I advice you to go for investigation for CBP and hb%.
give him carbohydrate and protine diet.you can give fruit and different vegitable.
there is nothing to worry.

Your som's bedwetting problem can be managed by doing these following
1.Ask him not to drink any liquid one hour before going to bed
2.Elder should take responsibility of waking him every two hour by keeping alarm and make him to empty his bladder. If you do that for two weeks it becomes habit and also awakening his natural body clock ans also it becomes habit
3.Before going to bed let him empty hid bladder
4.Let him practice lower abdomen muscle tone exercises
5.can practice yoga -learning through proper guru

Hello there
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.See headaches in children can have various causes. starting from heat and exhaustion after playing in sun, eye sight problem, it could be migraine which again has certain triggers like chocolates, hunger, stress, sun etc.It could be a psychological stress he is going through.Sinusitis, an inflammatory condition of area around your nose, ear infection, or a tooth problem for that matter.Any blood disorder like anemia.A chronic urinary tract infection which also might bring changes in urination. .For the bedwetting, you may wake your child at regular intervals. Avoid increased fluid intake in late evenings. If its due to migraine, then you may avoid the triggers, if you feel so.But please do not get alarmed, as iam just listing out few of the causes. You may now find it easier to correlate to your kids history. Best is to visit your pediatrician and get thoroughly investigated, as you also mentioned he has history of fever of unknown origin in past. Some chronic infection/ viral illness might have been the cause. Wish your kid a quicker recovery and good health.

It could be tension headache due to more demand of work pressure from all the sectors of daily life .
may be not able to relax himself
may be not able to priority daily demanding activities
May be due to poor intake of liquid and food
