12 Year Old With Blood In Stool And A Hard Bowel Movement

My 12 yr old son is saying he has blood in his stool everytime. He says it is bright red which makes me think it may be from pushing a hard bowel movement . Should I wait a day or two to see how this plays out?

dear thanks for choosing health care magic.Bright red color suggest that it is coming from lower parts and mostly your guess is right due to straining in stool.But do take him top doctor to confirm this.Sometimes there is a cut which leads to this and pain other problems if not taken care of.Ask him to avoid straining,drink plenty of fluids,avoid maize products.buy.
