12 Year Old. Tired All The Time, Headache, Complains About Dizziness, Lightheaded. What Could Be The Reason?

My normally hyper 12 year old son has become very tired all the time..He usually is always running in his sport but now walks everywhere. He is in normal weight range and eats ok. Also he seems more thirsty now,but is not losing any weight. He suffers headaches 2-3 times a week. His school life is quite busy. He cpmplains about feeling dizzy lightheaded everyday.

Get the child s vision checked , meanwhile get his hemoglobin levels and vitb12 levels checked, also get a detailed examination by his pediatrician starting from blood pressure monitoring to checking the sinuses tenderness, get back with the reports.
