13 Year Old, Burn Like Areas On Face, Recurring. Taking Antibiotics. Reason Not Found Out

I have a 13yr old daughter with what can only be descibed as burn like areas on here face. These reaccurr often and antibiotics sometimes help and sometimes not. it comes and goes, dermatology have done swobs, these are clear. It generally happens on one side of the face causing swelling round the eye and cheek but now its moving to both sides of the face. It starts with a burn like area then it weeps then the skin breaks sometimes all over her face. No one seems to be able to diagnose?

hello user,
Most of the lesions in face in young adults are due to hormonal changes and secondary bacterial infection.
But your history says that the lesions are negative for bacteria, then I think it might be due to some autoimmune cause which needs to be further diagnosed by doing some antibody tests in blood and some routine blood examination.

You are rather advised to please revert back with some images of the lesions, so that I can comment on that.
