14 Month Having Loose Motions. Rashes Developed On Bottom, Having Burning Sensation. On Walamycin

hi, my son (14 months old) is passing stools 5-6 times a day. stools are soft, semi solid and brownish yellowish colour. After a meal, while playing to pick up some object, when he sits in indian style potty position, it builds pressure on his stomach and poop comes out. Because of this, he developed rashes on his bottom and would cry while cleaning up because of burning sensation.i have given him walamycin and vizylac fr 5 days. Nothing has changed. i stopped giving him dairy milk and giving him lactose free soya milk. Still its the same . Pls help.

you can give him cap VSL#3.
you can give him Norflox TZ 100 mg BD x 5days.
also take him to gastroenterologist is symptoms still persist
may be colonoscopy be needed.
