1.5 Year Old Child, Bump On Forehead, Vomiting After Falling Down. What Should Be Done?

My 1 1/2 year old fell face down onto my tile floor from standing on the back of the chair. She had a huge bump on her forehead but it's not so bad anymore. She cried for maybe 3 min and acted fine afterwards. She's still acting fine happy as can be jumping all over the place but she threw up about 2 hours later. What should I do? She went in the car and never fell asleep so
I'm assuming she's ok but it was a big hit

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

There are certain danger signs that are associated with head injury. They are vomiting, seizures, loss of consciousness, ear and nose bleed, etc.

Since your child has vomiting please contact your doctor. (particularly so if the vomiting is projectile)

Continue to ask further queries.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
